I am the founder of Wilder Stays Property Management, helping clients buy, sell, and manage properties across Central and Northern Wisconsin. I work with first-time home buyers and seasoned investors alike. Having designed, built, and now managed my own Airbnb in Crandon, the Peshtigo Pines Treehouse, I also manage a portfolio of owners' properties across short, mid, and long term stays. I bring a firsthand view to every deal, helping buyers understand what a property will actually earn before they buy.
