VACATION RENTAL BOOKINGS

Reservations are not confirmed until all required booking steps have been completed, including payment, required guest information, acceptance of applicable rental terms, and confirmation through the relevant booking system.

Each reservation may be subject to additional rental terms, cancellation policies, house rules, security-deposit requirements, damage policies, pet rules, occupancy limitations, check-in procedures, and other property-specific conditions.

Those property-specific terms are incorporated into the reservation and govern the guest's stay.

Pricing, fees, taxes, availability, minimum-night requirements, and promotions may change without notice before a reservation is confirmed.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKING PLATFORMS

Some properties may be offered through third-party platforms or software providers.

When you complete a reservation through a third party, that platform's terms, privacy policies, payment rules, cancellation policies, and dispute procedures may also apply.

Wilder Stays is not responsible for the availability, operation, security, policies, outages, errors, or actions of third-party websites or platforms.

LONG-TERM RENTAL INFORMATION

Long-term rental listings, application links, rental criteria, lease opportunities, and other long-term rental information may be provided through the website or through third-party systems such as rental-management or tenant-screening platforms.

Wilder Stays does not guarantee revenue, occupancy, bookings, tenant performance, appreciation, profitability, or investment returns.

NO FINANCIAL, LEGAL, TAX, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

Information on this website is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, insurance, or investment advice.

Property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants, and guests should consult qualified professionals regarding their individual circumstances.

PAYMENTS
