Between preparing properties for guests, designing short-term rentals, working with property owners, exploring real estate opportunities, and building what comes next for the Wilder brand, we wanted a place where we could share more of the story.
That is why we created the Find Your Wild Newsletter.
The newsletter is designed for guests, property owners, hosts, investors, and anyone who enjoys thoughtful hospitality, intentional design, and the Northwoods lifestyle.
What You Can Expect
Each newsletter will offer a closer look at the work, ideas, and experiences shaping Wilder Stays.
We will share practical hosting lessons based on our own experience managing short-term rentals, including the amenities guests appreciate, the details that improve reviews, and the systems that make properties easier to operate.
You can also expect property features, design inspiration, local travel recommendations, seasonal booking opportunities, and behind-the-scenes updates from the properties we manage.
For current and future property owners, we will share guidance related to short-term-rental design, guest experience, property management, and preparing a property to perform well in a competitive market.
More Than Booking Updates
The Wilder Stays newsletter will not simply be a list of available dates.
It will be a place to talk about what makes a stay memorable, why certain design choices matter, how hospitality businesses grow, and what we continue to learn along the way.
